DISNEY PRINCESS HAT
Aunt Fran was at Disney World recently. Two days ago a box came for Nora. It had a princess hat (which Nora loves), a T shirt (it says "Daddy's Little Princess") hair clips (shaped like Mickey Mouse), several elastic bands for her hair (they have Mickey Mouse on them also), a giant Mickey Mouse rice crispy treat with chocolate ears (mostly gone now), a Tinkerbell magic towel and a box of Disney Character Cookies. Nora has had the best time with these things. Today we wore all three Mickey Mouse hair clips to church. Thank you Aunt Fran. The items in the box have been a big hit.

CARVING PUMPKINS
Del has always enjoyed carving pumpkins but this year we did things a little different. We usually get a pumpkin while shopping somewhere. This year we went to the pumpkin patch and let Nora pick a pumpkin. She has loved looking a jack-o-lanterns everywhere we've been. She was so excited to go and buy pumpkins but was a little upset when we started to cut the pumpkins. When she saw the finished products she loved them. She is a little scared though. She wants to look but she wants someone to hold her hand when she goes near them.

RIPLEY'S AQUARIUM
We spent the morning at Ripley's Aquarium. Everyone had a great time. It is a wonderful aquarium.
Nora and Zachary are getting along beautifully. They are very much alike. I wonder if they would be so much alike if they had not spent the first year of their lives sharing the same crib? They use a lot of the same phrases and immitate each other. A lady in the hotel asked if they were siblings.
We are enjoying every minute with Rebecca and Zachary. We are talking about planning more trips together so the kids can stay in touch. I think that's a great idea.

BEAUTIFUL VIEW
Nora loves looking out the door of our room. We have to tear her away from the railing to leave the room.

IT'S RAINING
Well it's raining. We slept late today and had a late breakfast. After having such an early flight yesterday we needed some rest. We're going to take a nap and then go to registration. Maybe the rain will stop and we will be able to go back to the beach or if not we will just go somewhere good to eat. Last night Nora fell asleep on the way to dinner and we ended up picking up fast food and bringing it back to our room. We need a good nap so that doesn't happen again. We really want to get a chance to eat some good seafood.
GUATOBERFEST 2008, MYRTLE BEACH
It's beautiful here and Nora loves the beach. I'm having difficulty getting pictures to load but I'll keep trying. For someone who wont go near a swimming pool Nora is loving the water. She wants to go out and let the waves hit her and she didn't want to come in yesterday. She played in the wet sand and picked up shells but the waves were the best thing.
